It is in 1972 that car rental operations first began within the LORET Group.
First, it was the short-term rental branch, in Guadeloupe with HERTZ, the international leader. Then the short-term rental unit continued to grow with the arrival of the brands THRIFTY, DOLLAR and FIREFLY, while also extending to Martinique and French Guiana.
